1. Information We Collect

When you connect your Instagram, Facebook, or Threads account through Meta OAuth, we collect and store:

• Your account ID and page/business account identifiers
• Access tokens (encrypted at rest)
• Published post metadata (captions, media URLs, timestamps)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your connected account data solely to publish content you explicitly create and approve through The Social Twin platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Access tokens are encrypted using AES-like encryption before storage in our database. All data is stored securely via Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring only you can access your own records.

4. Your Rights

You can disconnect your Meta accounts at any time from the Employee Workspace. This immediately deactivates the stored connection. You may also request full deletion of your data by contacting us.
